The City of Hillsboro Utility Billing Division is part of the Finance & Human Resources Department. The Utility Billing Division processes all water and waste water billing for residents of the City of Hillsboro.

Residents can pay their utility bills online, by mail, in person, or via drive through. The Utility Billing Division is located in the City Administration Building, 214 East Elm Sreet.
