To enhance the City’s environmental services by bringing the highest water quality to its citizens and managing the public’s utilities by being accessible, cost-effective and efficient.

The Water Office
The Water Office is located with the City Finance Office in Sturgis City Hall - 1040 Harley-Davidson Way.

The Water Office collects payments for the water, sewer, and sanitary (landfill) departments. It is also responsible for:

  • New Customer Accounts please call the water office for deposit information and to schedule new service.  Download the New Customer Application.
  • Payment Collections   Sign up for Auto Pay    ACH Opt-Out   We also accept Visa/MasterCard/Discover.
  • Water Permits
  • All Other Water Service Requests

About the Municipal Utilities Board (MUB)
The City’s utility operations are managed by the Municipal Utilities Board. The Board has three representatives and meets once a month. MUB Board Information    Utility Operating Agreement
